Vegan Food Area Setup & Seminar on 'How to Promote Your Products' with a TV Director! [VEG FOOD EXPO 2026] April 15-17 @ Tokyo Big Sight

From April 15th to 17th, the 'Premium Food Show' will be held at Tokyo Big Sight. This is a food exhibition for businesses introducing products that cater to the growing domestic and international demand and attention for vegan, gluten-free, and halal foods. Co-hosted with FABEX, Japan's largest professional exhibition specializing in prepared and restaurant foods, the event is expected to attract over 50,000 industry professionals over three days. This year, VEG FOOD EXPO will also be held as a collaborative project between the exhibition and the NPO VegeProject Japan. Veganism avoids animal-derived ingredients, gluten-free diets restrict wheat, and Halal prohibits pork and alcohol in accordance with Islamic law. There are people who choose not to eat certain foods or cannot eat certain things due to beliefs, health, and other reasons. Addressing the dietary habits of people with diverse backgrounds is becoming indispensable in today's food market.

'Vegan Selection' Area Specializing in Vegan Foods to be Established

Within VEG FOOD EXPO, a special 'Vegan Selection' area will be set up, gathering only vegan products. A wide range of plant-based vegan products will be showcased, including vegan meats and seafood, cheese alternatives, retort foods, and frozen foods. In addition to VegeProject's booth comprehensively introducing vegan certified products, 12 companies dealing in vegan ingredients will exhibit.

TV Director to Hold Seminar on Marketing

From 11:00 on Friday, April 17th, a seminar titled "How to Present Your Company's Products? Communication Techniques for Empathy, Developed by Vegan Experts x TV Directors" will be held. This marketing seminar will convey how to effectively communicate each company's products so that they reach the audience and remain memorable.
