We support the 'April Dream' project, which encourages companies to share their dreams on April 1st. This press release represents the dream of Vauldex Inc.

Background of the Dream In the world, services like Google, which are essential infrastructure, Uber, which has made mobility a daily necessity, and products like the iPhone and Instagram, which have transformed lifestyles, are emerging one after another. They are widely used across the globe. However, there are still few examples of services originating from Japan that have permeated every corner of the world.

Yet, Japan possesses the DNA of 'Monozukuri' (craftsmanship) that has created value across generations. From long-standing businesses that have lasted for centuries to the skills of artisans who pour their souls into details, and a culture that captures the subtle needs of users and polishes them to the limit. Just as Edo culture once crossed the sea to create new art in distant lands, Japan inherently holds the power to surprise and enrich the world.

If we can exert that power in the digital realm, the world should become richer and more interesting. We don't just want to create convenient tools. We believe that Vauldex can create products from Japan that users will rely on, with the sentiment that 'If you leave it to Japan, you will encounter the best products.'

Our Efforts So Far We, Vauldex, have been developing and operating IT systems to support businesses and move projects forward. Centered on the development and operation of digital products, we are committed to building systems that support the business itself, including data infrastructure, security, and authentication platforms.

We have accumulated a track record in fields requiring high reliability and safety, such as finance, education, and medical care. Through these efforts, we have cultivated the ability to design and operate systems not just as 'things to be made,' but as products that drive business forward. That is why we now want to create products used by people all over the world with our own hands.

Future Challenges We are currently working on the development and launch of two proprietary products.

The first is 'Clock me,' a time-tracking tool that anyone can use naturally, visualizing time usage intuitively in a calendar format. By designing it to capture time as an extension of daily life without requiring complex operations, we provide an experience of 'visualizing time' rather than 'managing time.'

The second is 'Passnize,' which allows customers to visit stores with just a smartphone. You can manage membership cards and point cards issued by stores in your wallet, freeing you from the stress of searching for cards. Of course, you can also search for, book, and pay at stores you are interested in. It is a wallet-free digital wallet.

Both products are challenges to create a new future. It may be a small step, but we believe that products used around the world only start from such steps. Through these efforts, we want to present a new 'norm' from Japan to the world.
