Wasureranneyo Reveals Cover Art for New Single 'Nannmonee', OP Theme for TV Anime 'Yanineko'

The jacket cover art for Wasureranneyo's new song 'Nannmonee,' scheduled for digital release on July 2, 2026, has been officially revealed.

Following the previous work 'Tarinayka,', the cover art is designed and illustrated by the popular illustrator Mayu Yukishita. It features the character 'Yanineko' from the upcoming July TV anime 'Yanineko,' for which this song will serve as the opening theme song.

The anime is based on the manga 'Yanineko' by Nyan Nyan Factory, which is currently serialized in Kodansha's 'Young Magazine' with 12 volumes published. The song's audio was partially unveiled in the main promotional video released recently.

Wasureranneyo, who previously announced their goal of holding their first solo concert at the Nippon Budokan in 2028, is steadily moving forward with their plans. In August 2026, they will hold a promotional tour titled 'We Love Iu' in Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo. Official final lottery ticket sales are open until June 14, and general sales will begin on June 20.
