Vampire K.K. (Osaka, Representative: Yohei Kato) supports 'April Dream,' a day to share dreams. This press release is the dream of Vampire K.K. We aim to reconstruct the increasingly formalized and homogenized job hunting process into an 'experience,' presenting new possibilities for elevating company briefings into entertainment.
The Dream is Nippon Budokan: Goodbye to Boring Job Hunting. Modern company briefings are often conducted in the same format. While rational, it can feel stifling for those thinking about their future. We hypothesize that company briefings can be established as entertainment. We plan to hold a briefing at Nippon Budokan, the symbol of 'where those who achieved their dreams stand.'
Turning Boring Briefings into Unforgettable Experiences. We design content as an 'experience.' We are considering a structure where we share our worldview through music and special effects, rather than one-way explanations. - Space Hacking with Company Songs: Live performances of company songs will turn the atmosphere into a full-body experience. - Feeling Over Ability: We plan to announce 'We will hire 5 people here today' and conduct on-the-spot headhunting, prioritizing shared values over skills.
Why This Concept? We aim to be a company recognized by 1 million people by 2027. To bridge the current gap, we decided that traditional measures are not enough, leading to the extreme hypothesis of a 'Budokan briefing.' We prioritize how much it stays in people's memories over feasibility.
Current Initiatives. We are expanding our worldview through food and beverage, content, and space design, such as 'Cafe&BAR -VAMPIRE SIDE-' and 'nameless,' a members-only bar with no public address. We also celebrate 'Vampire Day' on September 30th.
Future Outlook. While not finalized, we will continue to explore and communicate this dream. We aim to redefine job hunting as a 'moment of choice' rather than just a passing point.
