Valtes Holdings Concludes Partnership Agreement with Shiga University

Valtes Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nishi-ku, Osaka; Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and President: Masashi Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as Valtes Holdings) announced today, July 8, 2026 (Wed), that it has concluded an agreement on collaboration and cooperation in the field of data science and AI with the National University Corporation Shiga University (Headquarters: 1-1-1 Banba, Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture; President: Akimichi Takemura, hereinafter referred to as Shiga University).

Through this agreement, we will leverage Shiga University's expertise in data science and AI, along with the technologies and know-how in software quality improvement cultivated by the Valtes Group, to engage in joint research and the development of highly specialized human resources.

About the Agreement Conclusion

On July 8, 2026 (Wed), an agreement signing ceremony was held at the Shiga Prefectural Government, where Shiga University President Akimichi Takemura and Valtes Holdings Representative Director, Chairman and President Masashi Tanaka signed the agreement.

Future Initiatives

Based on this agreement, future initiatives will include:

- Establishment of a research and development center

- Development of problem-solving and analysis technologies utilizing data science and AI

- Development of highly specialized human resources

We aim to contribute to industrial development and the creation of new value through these efforts.
