Valtes Holdings Co., Ltd. Congratulations on joining the company.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for choosing the Valtes Group from among many IT companies. The field of "software testing" is not yet as widely recognized as "software development." In such a situation, I believe that your decision to challenge this industry itself has great value and meaning. Please continue to cherish that challenging spirit.

We have welcomed many new employees to date, and those who have grown have all actively taken on new challenges. In addition, they have earned the trust and respect of those around them. I hope you will not only be conscious of your business skills and technical abilities but also your human qualities.

The Valtes Group has declared that "2026 will be the inaugural year for AI utilization" for the group. In modern times, it is becoming difficult to work without using AI. Correctly understanding and mastering AI is unavoidable in both work and daily life. On the other hand, it is important to have the ability to judge whether the results produced by AI are correct and to verify them, rather than simply accepting them. Please become proficient in using AI, rather than being used by AI.

As you begin your professional life, first diligently engage with the company's educational curriculum and acquire foundational knowledge. And never leave anything you don't understand unaddressed; always ask someone. Asking questions is never embarrassing. It is also important to thoroughly understand what you have been told once and to be mindful not to repeat the same mistakes.

Finally, neither work nor daily life will continue if it's not enjoyable. Please approach things positively, thinking for yourselves about how you can enjoy them.
