Vanguard Smith Signs Official Supplier Agreement with the All Japan Judo Federation

Vanguard Smith Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keita Tanaka; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates a neighborhood dispute resolution support service staffed by former police officers, has concluded an official supplier agreement with the All Japan Judo Federation (Location: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "AJJF"), effective April 1, 2026.

Purpose of the Partnership The Company develops multifaceted businesses aimed at "helping people in need," including "mamorocca" and "P-Sapo," which are neighborhood dispute resolution support services provided by former police officers.

Meanwhile, the AJJF, as the governing body for Judo—a martial art representing Japan—has a mission to contribute to the sound development of mind and body and the progress of society through the promotion of Judo, in addition to improving competitive performance.

The Company supports the public interest activities of the AJJF and has decided to support the federation as an official supplier. Through this partnership, we will share the spirit of "Jita Kyoei" (mutual prosperity for self and others), which is valued in the Judo spirit, and contribute to the realization of a better society.

Future Outlook Through this agreement, we will support various tournaments and promotional activities hosted by the AJJF and contribute to the development of the entire Judo world. Furthermore, while cherishing the values of "courtesy" and "discipline" inherent in Judo, we aim to build a social environment where everyone can live with peace of mind through the neighborhood dispute resolution support services provided by our company.

What is a Neighborhood Dispute Resolution Support Service? This is a service where former police officers act as specialized consultants to help resolve "pre-incident troubles" such as noise, nuisance behavior, and harassment. To nip troubles in the bud, we have adopted a low-cost, flat-rate system that allows for unlimited consultations from the moment a user feels "concerned," with no success fees or additional charges. We handle everything from the initial hearing to resolution over the phone.

Among these services, "mamorocca" is primarily provided to tenants of rental properties through real estate management companies, while "P-Sapo" is deployed as an incidental service for customers of other industries, such as insurance companies and credit card companies.

In the event of illegal entry or similar incidents in the residence, insurance money (*1) will be paid (*2) to ensure the user can continue to live with peace of mind. During the handling of neighborhood dispute cases, we provide personal security for members who may be at risk of harm. If you are a member of "P-Sapo" or "mamorocca," you can receive these services within the flat-rate membership fee without additional costs (*3).
