Vanguard Smith Concludes Official Supplier Contract with the All Japan Judo Federation

Vanguard Smith Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keita Tanaka; hereinafter "the Company"), which provides neighborhood trouble resolution support services by former police officers, has concluded an official supplier contract with the All Japan Judo Federation (Location: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "AJJF") effective April 1, 2026.

### Purpose of the Partnership The Company is developing multifaceted businesses aimed at "helping people in need," including the neighborhood trouble resolution support services "mamorocca" and "P-Sapo" staffed by former police officers.

On the other hand, the AJJF, as the governing body for Judo—a martial art representing Japan—has a mission not only to improve competitive abilities but also to contribute to the sound development of mind and body and the advancement of society through the popularization of Judo.

The Company sympathizes with the AJJF's public interest projects and has decided to support the federation as an official supplier. Through this partnership, we will share the spirit of "Jita Kyoei" (mutual prosperity) highly valued in Judo, and contribute to the realization of a better society.

### Future Outlook Through this contract, we will support various tournaments and promotional activities hosted by the AJJF, and contribute to the overall development of the Judo world. Furthermore, while cherishing values such as "courtesy" and "discipline" inherent in Judo, we aim to build a social environment where everyone can live with peace of mind through the provision of our neighborhood trouble resolution support services.

### What is the Neighborhood Trouble Resolution Support Service? This is a service where former police officers act as specialized consultants to assist in resolving "troubles before they become incidents" such as "noise," "nuisance," and "harassment." To nip troubles in the bud, we have adopted a low-cost, flat-rate system that allows for unlimited consultations right from the "feeling concerned" stage, with no success fees or additional charges. We handle everything from the initial hearing to the final resolution over the phone.

Among these services, "mamorocca" is primarily provided to tenants of rental properties through real estate management companies, while "P-Sapo" is deployed as an incidental service for customers in other industries such as insurance and credit card companies.

If there is an illegal entry or similar incident at the residence being occupied, insurance money (*1) will be paid so the resident can continue living with peace of mind (*2). In the course of handling neighborhood trouble cases, personal protection is provided to members who may be at risk of harm. Members of "P-Sapo" and "mamorocca" can receive this service within their flat-rate membership fee without any additional costs (*3).
