UUUM and Kisosaki Town, Mie Prefecture, Sign Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

UUUM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masayuki Umekage; hereinafter "UUUM") and Kisosaki Town, Mie Prefecture (Mayor: Kazumasa Miwa) have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement, effective until March 31, 2026, with the goal of implementing initiatives to improve regional vitality in various fields, including the promotion of local appeal, tourism development, and support for children and child-rearing.

This agreement aims to utilize the resources and expertise held by both parties to create local vibrancy, strengthen information dissemination capabilities, address regional issues, and contribute to the realization of sustainable regional revitalization.

### Details of the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

1. Matters concerning the creation of local vibrancy - Creation of exchange opportunities through regional revitalization events, etc. - Creation of vibrancy and expansion of the related population by utilizing local resources

2. Matters concerning the strengthening of information dissemination capabilities - Broad dissemination of town administration information and local appeal through social media, etc. - Strengthening information dissemination to a wide range of demographics, including the younger generation

3. Matters concerning tourism promotion - Promoting the appeal of tourism resources and improving awareness - Promoting tourism attraction and enhancing the regional brand

4. Matters concerning support for children and child-rearing - Strengthening information dissemination regarding child-rearing support - Promotion of regional cooperation measures targeting children

5. Other matters concerning regional revitalization - Promotion of initiatives that contribute to the dissemination of local appeal and revitalization - Creation of synergistic effects through cooperation with related organizations and businesses

Based on this agreement, UUUM will support the improvement of Kisosaki Town's information dissemination capabilities and promote initiatives that contribute to the revitalization of the local economy through promotions utilizing local resources and the planning and implementation of events.

Both parties will continue to deepen their cooperation through regular consultations and will work actively toward the development of the local community and the improvement of services for town residents.
