UUUM and Kisosaki Town, Mie Prefecture, Conclude Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

UUUM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Masayuki Umekage; hereinafter "UUUM") and Kisosaki Town, Mie Prefecture (Mayor: Kazumasa Miwa) concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement on March 31, 2026. The agreement aims to implement initiatives to enhance regional vitality in various fields, including transmitting the region's appeal, promoting tourism, and supporting children and child-rearing.

This agreement aims to utilize the resources and expertise possessed by both parties to create a bustling local atmosphere and strengthen information dissemination capabilities, while contributing to addressing regional issues and achieving sustainable regional revitalization.

Regarding the Content of the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement:

1. Matters concerning the creation of regional vibrancy - Creation of exchange opportunities through regional revitalization events, etc. - Creation of vibrancy utilizing regional resources and expansion of the related population

2. Matters concerning the strengthening of information dissemination capabilities - Widely disseminating town administration information and the region's appeal via SNS, etc. - Strengthening information dissemination to a wide range of demographics, including the youth

3. Matters concerning tourism promotion - Transmitting the appeal of tourism resources and improving awareness - Promoting the attraction of tourists and improving the regional brand

4. Matters concerning support for children and child-rearing - Strengthening information dissemination regarding child-rearing support - Promoting regionally coordinated measures targeting children

5. Matters concerning other regional revitalization efforts - Promoting initiatives that contribute to transmitting the region's appeal and its activation - Creating synergistic effects through collaboration with related organizations and businesses

Based on this agreement, UUUM will support Kisosaki Town in improving its information dissemination capabilities and promote initiatives that contribute to the revitalization of the regional economy through the planning and implementation of promotions and events utilizing regional resources.

Going forward, both parties will deepen their collaboration while holding regular consultations, and will actively work toward the development of the local community and the improvement of services for town residents.
