Inageya: Announcement of New Original Inageya Product

Inageya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tachikawa City, Tokyo; President: Yoshikazu Motosugi) is working on developing attractive products to contribute to the healthy, rich, and warm daily lives of our customers and the realization of a sounder society.

Every month, we sell new or renewed original products, aiming to create a store where customers can enjoy choosing products. This time, we would like to introduce a product to be released in April.

New Release [Deli] Spice-scented! Genkotsu Fried Chicken

We planned this product based on the concept of 'a large, highly satisfying fried chicken with a strong spice flavor.' We use chicken raised on a 100% plant-based diet blended with mate tea, resulting in tender meat with little odor. It is cut into a satisfying jumbo size and seasoned with 15 kinds of spices and herbs. Furthermore, we draw out the umami of the chicken with a special marinade using Lorraine rock salt, super-premium dark soy sauce, and Kagoshima chicken bone broth. Because of its large size, we faced the difficult challenge of it being hard to cook through and easy to burn, but through repeated improvements, we finished it with a beautiful appearance.
