Founded in 2010 by members who created the first Zushi Beach Film Festival held in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It is a collective with aspects such as a group of people spanning various genres like artists, musicians, painters, carpenters, and chefs, with photographer Rai Shizuno as the initiator; an aspect as a catalyst that revitalizes regions by collaborating with local people and cultures it visits; and an aspect as a collective that performs direction and space creation at art festivals and film festivals.
