A New Outdoor Experience at Senri Chuo Park. URBAN RESEARCH presents TINY GARDEN MARCHE

Urban Research has been exploring the "new ideal of parks" together with local residents through the Senri Chuo Park revitalization project.
On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we will take this progress a step further and host the first "TINY GARDEN MARCHE," an event themed around a "slightly special outdoor experience" in the park.

Incorporating the perspective of "enriching everyday park life," the venue will feature exciting content for both adults and children, including an authentic indigo dyeing workshop by "H.A.L.U" from Inami Town, Wakayama Prefecture, and captivating performances for kids by Hohho-san.

Furthermore, there will be a swap meet where Urban Research will hold outlet sales, along with various booths related to clothing, food, and housing, such as URBAN RESEARCH DOORS and THE GOODLAND MARKET. Food trucks offering meals and sweets will also be available.

By providing an open space where vendors and visitors can mix flatly, sparking new discoveries and dialogues across generations, we will deliver a rich everyday lifestyle that coexists with nature through this marche.

Using Japanese tenugui towels or original bags prepared by H.A.L.U, customers can perform natural indigo dyeing using their own ideas and creativity.
Upon consultation and prior reservation, we can also upcycle clothes from your closet or dresser.
