Regarding the signing of this MOU, a signing ceremony was held in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia, on April 3, 2026.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Chan Sopar, Director General of the Department of Construction under the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction of the Kingdom of Cambodia, representatives from the French Embassy and the Japanese Embassy in Cambodia, as well as representatives from related organizations and construction industry associations.
