UPDATER Relaunches "Minden Power Mobile App" and Begins Offering! Visualizing Electricity Usage, Charges, and CO₂ Reduction

UPDATER Inc. (Location: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Eiji Oishi), aiming to update society through lifestyles, has revamped the "Minden Power Mobile App" for individual customers of "Minden Power," which provides 100% renewable energy*, allowing them to check electricity usage and charges, visualize CO₂ reduction, and support power plants from their smartphones. The revamped app was launched on April 3, 2026.

This app is designed with the goal of visualizing the connection with the environment and society through daily electricity use, rather than viewing electricity merely as "consumption."

By being able to check electricity usage, CO₂ reduction amounts, and information about power plants, users can feel a closer connection between their own electricity usage and society.

The "Minden Power Mobile App" allows Minden Power users to check their electricity usage and charges from their smartphones, visualize CO₂ reduction amounts due to renewable energy use, and browse information and benefits related to power plants.

Users can intuitively grasp their electricity usage in 30-minute intervals and monthly trends through graphs, and the app is equipped with features to notify them of increased usage or finalized electricity charges, allowing them to easily re-evaluate their approach to electricity in daily life.

Furthermore, Minden Power provides a system where a portion of the electricity charges (100 yen) is allocated to support power plants and projects, with the support costs contributed without any additional burden on the user.

This app allows users to see which power plants and initiatives their electricity usage is connected to, as well as to learn about benefits and backgrounds, providing an experience that allows them to feel their connection with the environment and society.

By notifying users of increased usage or finalized electricity charges, the app provides an opportunity to notice changes in their electricity consumption, allowing them to reconsider their approach to electricity in daily life.

"Minden Power" is a service that provides 100% renewable energy* electricity procured from renewable energy power plants across the country as "electricity with a face." Individual users can allocate a portion of their electricity charges (100 yen) to "support" power plants and projects.
