A century has passed since our first generation established a small butcher shop in this land at the end of the Taisho era. Through wars, the waves of rapid economic growth, and numerous turning points of history, what we have consistently upheld is but one unwavering belief, humble yet steadfast: to deliver honest meat to today's dining tables.

Choosing meat is thinking of people. A birthday, a family gathering, a precious moment with loved ones – our products accompany these scenes, naturally bringing smiles. This is our wish and the origin of our daily work.
