Univis Group Takes Over Business from Mother Brain Inc.

Univis Group (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representatives: Hiroyasu Watanabe / Yohei Mori, hereinafter "the Company") has taken over the business from Mother Brain Inc. (Headquarters: Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, Representative: Shin Kawashima), and would like to announce that the Company has started providing the same services from April 1, 2026.

Along with this succession, the company name has been changed to Univis (Thailand) Co. Ltd., .

■ Background of the Succession

Since its establishment in 1992, for over 30 years, Mother Brain Inc. has been providing information primarily in the fields of accounting, tax, and legal affairs to Japanese companies in Thailand, through monthly report services, Q&A services, and various consulting services, and has been highly regarded as a supporting presence for the business activities of Japanese companies in the country.

The Company has hitherto provided support to clients through accounting and financial consulting and M&A advisory services. By taking over this business this time, we will merge Mother Brain Inc.'s strength in specialized information services with Univis Group's expertise in management and accounting, aiming to further strengthen the information support system for Japanese companies in Thailand.

• Specialized information dissemination services for accounting, tax, legal, labor, etc.
