Univis Group Acquires Business from Mother Brain Co., Ltd.

Univis Group (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representatives: Hirokazu Watanabe / Yohei Mori; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired the business from Mother Brain Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand; Representative: Shin Kawashima) and commenced providing the same services under the Company name starting April 1, 2026.

Following this succession, the company name has been changed to Univis (Thailand) Co. Ltd.,.

■ Background of the Succession

Since its establishment in 1992, Mother Brain Co., Ltd. has been providing information primarily in the fields of accounting, tax, and legal affairs to Japanese companies in Thailand for over 30 years through its monthly report business, Q&A services, and various consulting services. It has been highly regarded as a key supporter of Japanese companies' business activities in the country.

Univis Group has been supporting clients through accounting and financial consulting and M&A advisory services. By acquiring this business, we aim to further strengthen our information support system for Japanese companies in Thailand by integrating Mother Brain Co., Ltd.'s strengths in specialized information services with Univis Group's expertise in management and accounting.
