Mrs. GREEN APPLE's "Kaze to Machi" to be Theme Song for NHK Morning Drama "Kaze, Kaoru," Digital Release on April 13

Universal Music LLC (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Hisashi Fujikura) will digitally release Mrs. GREEN APPLE's new song "Kaze to Machi" from Monday, April 13. This song is the second new song in Phase 3, following "lulu." released in January, and was written as the theme song for NHK's morning drama "Kaze, Kaoru," which has been broadcast since Monday, March 30. To commemorate the digital release of the song, an official Spotify listening party with all members will be held from 21:30 on Tuesday, April 14. This is Mrs. GREEN APPLE's first listening party, where participants can listen to "Kaze to Machi" with the members, hear their talk, and participate in the party chat. The NHK morning drama "Kaze, Kaoru" is scheduled to air for 26 weeks (130 episodes) from March 30, 2026. The script is by Tomoko Yoshizawa, starring Ai Mikami and Juri Uesaka, based on Hikaru Tanaka's original work "Meiji no Nightingale Ozeki Kazu Monogatari," with music by Yuji Nomi and narration by Naoko Ken. Mrs. GREEN APPLE also announced plans for an FC arena tour "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Ringo Jam Tour “SHADOWS”" in autumn 2026, visiting 13 locations for a total of 28 performances.
