### Background of Starting the First General Position Recruitment
The Company has entered its 6th year since the service launch in February 2020. Since our founding, we have aimed for a society where anyone can realize their own lifestyle without being bound by fixed monthly rent, starting with the day-variable rent system "Relent" (patented).
As of April 2026, the number of "unito" members has surpassed 80,000, and through collaboration with more than 20 real estate developers and owners, we have expanded the number of operating properties to approximately 140 buildings and 1,200 rooms.
With the recent demand for tourism in Japan, we are seeing an increase in opportunities for foreign visitors—who are familiar with the "flexible living culture" that fuses "living" and "staying"—to experience the lifestyle provided by our company.
Coupled with the diversification of lifestyles during the pandemic, new forms of housing such as service apartments and hotel residences have gradually begun to take root in Japan. After the pandemic, we are now at a timing that can be called the "dawn of the Japanese flexible living market."
In addition to more than 30 hotel residences scheduled to open, we plan to expand the real estate fund business started in 2025.
