This time, "HR Craft Night vol.48 ~Athletic Students x HR Exchange Meeting Edition~" will be co-hosted with Arxcs Co., Ltd. Athletic students from the graduating classes of 2027 to 2029, who have cultivated independence, perseverance, and goal-achieving abilities through their athletic activities, will participate in an exchange meeting with HR personnel across industries and company sizes.

On the other hand, students have limited opportunities to access primary information about companies and jobs, and companies face the challenge of creating touchpoints with students whom they cannot meet through conventional recruitment methods.

At this event, based on these challenges faced by both sides, we aim to deepen mutual understanding and create new career paths and recruitment opportunities by providing a platform for students and companies to engage in flat, open dialogue.
