Under this agreement, Uni-Trend and Miharu Town will effectively utilize their respective resources to collaborate on projects aimed at solving various mobility-related challenges.

【Background】

Uni-Trend works with local governments to solve social issues related to transportation, human flow, and logistics by collecting and visualizing data through digital technology and providing evidence-based analysis. In this context, the company has supported the following initiatives in Miharu Town:

● Participation in a platform with local transport operators for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's (MLIT) "FY2024 Co-Creation/MaaS Demonstration Project," supporting the digitalization of town-operated buses and the demonstration of the "Koma-Share" flat-rate unlimited taxi service.

● Ongoing support for the "Koma-Share" demonstration project under the MLIT's "FY2025 'Transportation Gap' Resolution Re-design Full-Scale Deployment Project" and its "Emergency Measures for Resolving 'Transportation Gaps'."
