It expresses the importance of supporting the practice of appreciation not as an individual's responsibility, but as a "system" to enable it naturally, by likening it to a Sengoku period army.

Why the Theme of "Mutual Appreciation"?

While interest in various management themes surrounding Japanese companies, such as wage increases and AI utilization, is growing, themes related to "people" still have room for improvement, as symbolized by "the world's lowest engagement levels."

We have supported the organizational development of many companies. Through this experience, we have strongly felt that workplaces do not change merely by establishing systems and policies; it is the accumulation of daily communication that fosters the relationship between people and organizations.

Modern companies and Sengoku period armies share commonalities such as:

In the video, faced with the hardships of the battlefield and declining morale among foot soldiers, the generals defending the castle advise the commander-in-chief to introduce a system for mutual appreciation of each other's efforts.

The story depicts how, using the introduced system (Unipos), "appreciation" that had not been conveyed before reaches the foot soldiers on the distant battlefield, increasing the unity and motivation of the entire army.
