「BRIGHT FUTURE OKINAWA」計畫的背景
「BRIGHT FUTURE OKINAWA」是一個以沖繩兒童能夠安心學習、朝向未來成長的社會為目標的計畫。
近年來,世界各國從教育和健康的觀點出發,保障生理用品取得權的動向日益擴展,並積極推動社會支持生理期的機制。透過在學校提供生理用品,旨在賦予女學生力量,並將過去被視為「個人問題」的「生理期」轉化為「由整個社區共同支持的機制」,將其融入社會,同時推動建立支持兒童的新型社會基礎設施,以實現女性活躍的國際示範城市。
此計畫得到了FC琉球的支持,該隊以「從沖繩出發,讓大家一起讓世界變得有趣(UMUSAN,沖繩方言:有趣的)」為理念,致力於建立支持兒童未來的社會;以及FC琉球櫻花的支持,該隊以「打造沖繩未來的女子隊伍」為目標,致力於解決沖繩的社會問題。今後,計畫將朝著建構學校與社區聯動的「最尖端女性活躍城市模式」邁進,包括從四月起陸續在FC琉球及FC琉球櫻花的總部比賽場地廁所導入「Sofie Anywhere」計畫的生理用品自動販賣機。
