Background of the Launch

Every year during summer, discomfort related to "heat" and "stuffiness" while wearing masks tends to increase. According to our survey, the most common reason for avoiding masks in the summer is "sweat stuffiness (78%)," followed by "heat (76%)" and "difficulty breathing (71%)." Furthermore, over 60% of "appearance-conscious" users of color masks feel strong discomfort from "skin stickiness" caused by sweat stuffiness inside the mask. Concerns related to beauty and grooming, such as "foundation around the nose smudges when sweating" and "the mask sticks to the skin," were highlighted in this survey.
