[April 7, 2026, Tokyo] The Japan Committee for UNICEF (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yukio Takasu) has newly launched the 'UNICEF Monthly Support Program: Letters from miffy', a monthly donation program where people can learn about UNICEF's activities and children around the world through 'letters' from the internationally beloved rabbit character 'Miffy'.

In 'Letters from miffy', individuals who sign up for the program and make a fixed monthly donation will receive 'letters' in even-numbered months over a certain period. These letters introduce the stories of children receiving UNICEF support whom Miffy meets on her travels around the world. Through Miffy's letters, donors can feel how their continuous contributions to UNICEF are being utilized to help children globally and deliver hope.
