UNCHAIN Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce the completion of the beta version of the next-generation platform for its project management AI tool 'NEURON.' Simultaneously, we are starting to recruit companies to cooperate in the POC (Proof of Concept) introduction of this version.

With this update, NEURON will not only discover risks from team discussions but will also be able to suggest 'how to deal with those risks.'

### Development Background: From 'Reading AI' to 'Acting AI'
Until now, NEURON has been provided as a 'Reading AI' that extracts team decisions and detects risks from Slack, Notion, meeting minutes, and more. As its usage spread, we received new feedback from customers: 'We appreciate the risk detection, but we want suggestions on how to handle them,' 'We want suggested countermeasures to be turned directly into tasks in Jira or Asana,' and 'We want to delegate parts of our operations to AI, but uncontrolled actions are scary.' We realized that what customers truly need is for AI to not just organize information, but to move the work forward one step.

### To Realize 'Acting AI' Safely (Ontology Infrastructure)
However, delegating tasks to AI is not easy. If designed incorrectly, it could lead to the mass production of irrelevant tasks or incorrect assignments, causing confusion in the organization.

NEURON is developing a new infrastructure that records information handled by AI in the form of a 'Medical Record' organized as an ontology. Relationships such as 'Who caused this risk?', 'Who is responsible?', and 'Which countermeasure is effective for which risk?' can be handled by AI based on structured relationships (ontology) rather than speculation.

This creates a foundation where AI operates only within defined relationships, allowing users to delegate work with peace of mind.

### What the Beta Version Can Achieve
1. AI Automatically Suggests Risk Countermeasures: For detected risks, the AI suggests specific countermeasure candidates by referring to similar past cases.
2. Structural Recording of 'Who, What, Why' (Ontologization): Clearly distinguishes roles such as 'Detector,' 'Causer,' and 'Responsible Person' involved in decisions and risks, eliminating ambiguous responsibility sharing.
3. Complete Traceability of AI Decisions (Recorded on Ontology): All judgments and suggestions made by NEURON are recorded, making it possible to explain 'why it made that judgment' later.

### About POC Introduction
We are currently looking for companies to cooperate in the POC introduction of the beta version. We look forward to hearing from companies with challenges in team decision-making and risk management.

### CEO Comment
Sun-woo Park, CEO of UNCHAIN Inc.
'Through dialogue with our customers, we saw expectations shifting from AI organizing information to AI moving work forward. To delegate work to AI, it is more important than anything else that it can be entrusted with peace of mind. NEURON will continue to evolve as a product that guarantees this security not just at the functional level but at the structural level. With the completion of the beta version, I look forward to meeting partner companies to refine the product together.'
