The 'Natsuiro Unaju' is a summer-exclusive eel rice bowl with eel grilled to perfection on rice mixed with the refreshing flavors of wasabi-na and umeboshi hijiki. The rice is not coated with sauce to preserve the natural flavors of the greens and hijiki.
