◼︎ Seminar Overview

In today's environment, where playing managers are often too busy to provide hands-on guidance, traditional OJT, where new employees hesitate to ask questions or fear making mistakes, has reached its limits. Instead of immediately putting new hires into real-world situations, a safe practice environment, like a "batting center," is needed where they can repeatedly try and error without worrying about others until they are satisfied.

This seminar proposes a "new form of OJT" that resolves the psychological burden at the workplace and provides a "safe practice ground" where individuals can challenge themselves repeatedly without concern for others' eyes. The first step is to position AI as a "practice partner where one can fail anytime, without hesitation, 24 hours a day." By repeatedly receiving objective feedback from AI, the quality of guidance, which was previously individualized, can be standardized, dramatically accelerating the pace of development.

Furthermore, after building a solid foundation with AI, "real practical opportunities" are indispensable for firmly establishing that learning in real-world application. This seminar will also explain a system that provides positions and agile environments not typically experienced in regular work as "external OJT (venture study abroad)." How can "safe basic practice with AI" and "real practical practice outside the company" through cross-border learning be integrated into daily workflows? We will provide hints for next-generation human resource development, incorporating actual corporate case studies.
