When 3,000 respondents who visit conveyor belt sushi restaurants at least once a month were asked what they prioritize when choosing a restaurant, 'Low price' (36.2%) was the most common answer, followed by 'Fresh ingredients' (28.1%), 'Close to home' (26.4%), 'Wide variety of toppings' (25.3%), and 'Ability to order via touch panel' (24.3%). It appears that many people prioritize convenience, such as price and proximity, as well as the quality of the ingredients.
