In 2020, we opened the "Kaisai Terrace Atami Main Building," and in 2023, the "Annex."
And now, we are taking on an even bigger dream.

■ The background behind wanting to realize this dream
Before running an accommodation business, I ran a home care support pharmacy. While I found it rewarding to be deeply involved with each individual, the emotional burden accumulated as I saw off many patients with no prospect of recovery day after day.
As if seeking an outlet for these feelings, I started visiting Atami every weekend, and one day I decided to get a vacation home, which is the current main building. The moment I opened the front door, I was captivated by the view of Sagami Bay spreading out before me.

Feeling myself getting energized, I brought along patients I was involved with in home care.
Then--
Two people who used to bicker a lot exchanged words with smiles at the sight of the sunrise and went home harmoniously.
At that time,
I was convinced that "the emotional movement of the heart is the best medicine of all."
At the same time, I realized I shouldn't keep such a wonderful place to myself.
I want to deliver this emotion to more people.
That desire became the driving force behind running an accommodation facility.
