Since its opening in July 1976 by founder Shigetoshi Umeno, "Kanishige Kurume Store," Umenohana Group Co., Ltd. has been loved by everyone and celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. In gratitude for half a century of patronage, Umenohana Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Yasuhide Noda), which operates the "Crab Cuisine Specialty Restaurant Kanishige," will hold the "Umenohana Group 50th Anniversary Appreciation Festival" starting Monday, June 1, 2026. Official app members will receive a 1,000 yen discount on the kaiseki "Tomoshibi," which features snow crab and Kuroge Wagyu, and a 500 yen discount on weekdays for the summer-limited special lunch "Sou." Various other events are planned, including coupons for popular takeout products and an Instagram photo posting campaign.
