Feature 1: Completely non-contact/non-face-to-face from viewing to contract and cancellation
Trunk room "Spelab" allows non-face-to-face viewing (by appointment), and contracts and cancellations can be completed online.
To meet the non-contact/non-face-to-face needs corresponding to the "with Corona" era, we have adopted online applications based on customer feedback for those who want to use the service immediately.
*Smart locks and dial keys are used, so there is no need to receive a key.
