*Since we use smart locks and dial keys, there is no need to receive a physical key.
Feature 2: Available in as little as 1 hour from application.
Busy business professionals, especially in Tokyo, often need immediate storage due to sudden transfers, overseas assignments, or business trips. To meet these needs, we have simplified the process from application to contract as much as possible, making it available as soon as the credit card payment is completed after contract. Since the keys are smart locks or dial keys, there is no hassle of picking them up.
