In developing this product's taste, attention was paid to the characteristic milkiness of Mos Shake. While coffee can easily overpower the gentle sweetness and flavor of sweet potato, the milk acts as a smooth bridge between the sweet potato and coffee, bringing a sense of unity to the taste. Furthermore, to maximize the individuality of both sweet potato and coffee, repeated trials and errors were conducted, including reviewing ingredient ratios down to 0.1g increments.
