In recent years, our representative, Yanai, has regularly held "Shacho Meshi," a job-hunting matching event where students can speak honestly with company presidents. Many young people she met there, despite being talented, harbored strong anxieties such as "I don't have any special talent," "I'm afraid of failure," and "Is it okay to remain a company employee?"

Every time she heard those words, Yanai thought: "I was exactly the same."

Yanai herself did not start out as a special individual. She was an ordinary company employee who studied quantum physics engineering at Hokkaido University Graduate School and worked as an engineer at NEC.
