Type One Japan / Type One Ventures to Hold 3rd Annual Frontier Summit in Tokyo from May 20-22

Los Angeles, USA — May 19, 2026 — Type One Ventures, which established Type One Japan Inc. in October 2025 with Ryutaro Hiroshima, former co-CEO of Mars Growth Capital, has announced it will hold its 3rd Annual Frontier Summit in Tokyo. The fast-growing venture capital firm, which invests in the space, AI, and deep tech sectors, will bring together top leaders to discuss how the convergence of artificial intelligence, computing, and space infrastructure will shape the next industrial foundation and a new wave of global innovation. The three-day program will explore how emerging technologies are building the foundation for next-generation industries. Co-founders and Managing Partners of Type One Ventures, Tarek Waked and Abdo John Hajj, along with Cynthia Jean Kember, who oversees the 'Frontier Series' as Head of Media, Content & Partnerships, position the summit as a venue to decipher the technological and economic forces reshaping global innovation.
