Background of the Business Alliance

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand in overseas markets for financial services combining digital wallets, online payments, card payments, cryptocurrency and stablecoin-related services, identity verification, and transaction monitoring. SAKURA EXCHANGE is promoting the development of Mastercard-related services for overseas markets. The goal is to acquire 100,000 users, assuming a monthly usage fee model of approximately 5 to 10 US dollars.

The Company Group, through WHDC Acrodea, will provide AI-powered software to support the advancement of the operational foundation for fintech-related services that SAKURA EXCHANGE plans to develop for overseas markets.

Future Outlook

The Company Group aims to create business opportunities in the Web3 financial infrastructure domain for overseas markets by combining Highphen's Web3 user acquisition support functions, SAKURA EXCHANGE's promotion of fintech-related services for overseas markets, and WHDC Acrodea's KYC, monitoring, and system operation support functions.
