The first place we visited was [Wakaura Shokudo], where you can enjoy seasonal shirasu (whitebait). Since it's right in front of the fishing port, you can taste fresh seafood.
First, we toast with craft beer 'YOHO BREWING Yona Yona Ale'! The weather was blessed on this day, and we also enjoyed the scenery spreading outside the window.

The 'Shirasu-don' that was brought to us was surprisingly piled high with shirasu! Furthermore, we were surprised by its deliciousness! "I've never eaten shirasu like this before!" said Kurenai. Next, Mitamura enjoyed his favorite 'Haiboshi Sanma' (ash-dried saury). The saury, with excess moisture removed by volcanic ash, was exquisitely condensed with umami!
