[Barbershops]
- Yoshida Barbershop | Chuo Ward, Osaka City
Located in the office district near Nakanoshima and the Central Public Hall, "Yoshida Barbershop" stands with its tasteful exterior and retro interior remaining almost exactly as they were at the time of its founding. The 2nd generation Kingo Yoshida and 3rd generation Kohei Yoshida protect the shop's curtain.
Particularly eye-catching is a huge mirror that was shipped from Germany and survived the war. It is a masterpiece that was once offered to be bought for 1 million yen. The first generation, who trained at a luxury hotel in Shimonoseki, raised the motto "The barbershop Osaka people long for," making it a famous store frequented by kabuki heavyweights and Living National Treasures. It is said that Konosuke Matsushita was also a regular customer.

- Hair Salon Tsumura | Higashinari Ward, Osaka City
"Hair Salon Tsumura" is located near Tsuruhashi Station. The interior, reflecting the 4th generation owner Shigeharu Tsumura's love for motorcycles, now has an American taste, but at the time of founding, it was entirely Showa retro. The store was opened by the current owner's great-grandfather, and it was said to be a huge success back then because there was "something" right in front of the store. What was that "something"?

[Butcher Shops]
- Hariju | Chuo Ward, Osaka City
"Hariju" has a store in Dotonbori. While it colors Osaka's special days as a famous sukiyaki restaurant, the first floor is a butcher shop lined with domestic Japanese Black beef. Since its founding, it has been loved for both "meat" and "sukiyaki". Actually, it originated in Sakai, not Dotonbori. After relocating to Shinsekai, it moved to its current location. How many years has this long-established store, which continues to be supported even after changing locations, been in business?

- Meat Kobayashi | Suita City
"Meat Kobayashi" has a store in Suita City. The Japanese Black beef for sukiyaki is reasonably priced at 500 yen per 100g and has a reputation for being delicious, keeping the store constantly bustling with many customers. Furthermore, its business partners span a wide range including hotels, restaurants, and school lunches, with deliveries also going to Hyogo and Nara. With the reliable quality and trust unique to a long-established store, its presence remains solid.

- Torikume | Ibaraki City
Right next to Hankyu Ibarakishi Station, "Torikume" has a store in the Hankyu Hondori Shopping Street. With high-quality chicken meat, it is a long-established store that has stayed close to people's celebrations and slightly luxurious dinners. The founder was a former samurai who swapped his sword for a kitchen knife to enter the business world. A specialty born immediately after the war is the curry croquette, with curry powder kneaded into the filling. It is still so popular that it sells 200 pieces a day.

- Sennichikan | Higashiosaka City
A 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Fuse Station, "Sennichikan" is a tasteful retro photo studio managed entirely by the 81-year-old 3rd generation owner, Hikoji Futamura. The owner continues to take photos of local people's memories as an active photographer today. Surprisingly, a valuable camera from the late Meiji era remains in the studio, which was actively used until about 3 years ago. The store name comes from its founding in Sennichimae, and it relocated to Fuse after the war. Even now, it is very busy during the school entrance and graduation seasons.

[Florists]
- Sato Flower Shop | Kita Ward, Osaka City
"Sato Flower Shop Nakanoshima Main Store" is located in Nakanoshima, one of Osaka's leading business districts. Inside the luxurious store, reminiscent of a high-end boutique, about 50 types of seasonal flowers carefully selected from flower farmers nationwide are lined up. Capable craftsmen are also gathered here, and among them, the skills of Kazuya Chiba are said to be highly evaluated worldwide. What is the petal artwork that Mr. Chiba is the only one in Japan to produce?

- Tamade Hanaiwago | Nishinari Ward, Osaka City
A 7-minute walk from Subway Tamade Station, "Tamade Hanaiwago" stands in a corner lined with long-established stores. It is a flower shop where the 5th generation owner, Shigeharu Hozumi, protects the curtain. It all started when the first generation, who was a flower peddler, set up a store in this location. Today, it is rooted in the community as a "two-sword style" business that handles flower altars in addition to retail. How many years has it been since its founding?

[Dry Cleaners]
- Matsuoka Cleaning | Fukushima Ward, Osaka City
"Matsuoka Cleaning," founded in Noda Hanshin...
