Turkish Airlines, renowned for serving more international destinations than any other airline, has launched the Japanese version of its official mobile application. To mark this milestone, a limited-time promotional campaign will offer Japanese-speaking users who book through the app with the designated promo code 'TKJPPP10' a discount of up to 10% on airfares for flights from Japan to Turkey.

The addition of Japanese is a significant step in Turkish Airlines' commitment to the Japanese market, expanding the app's supported languages to nine. Japanese-speaking customers can now seamlessly use all app features—including flight search and booking, check-in, mobile boarding pass issuance, and post-booking management—in their native language.

- Mobile check-in and digital boarding pass: Proceed directly to the boarding gate without visiting the check-in counter
- Support for major currencies, including Japanese yen (JPY)
- Pre-select seats and pay for additional baggage
- Book hotels, rental cars, travel insurance, and upgrade in-flight meals
- Integration with the Miles&Smiles loyalty program: Redeem miles for tickets or upgrade cabin class
- Real-time push notifications: Receive updates on flight status, gate changes, and promotions
- Self-service changes and cancellations: Modify, add, or refund flights via the app during schedule disruptions

The limited-time discount (up to 10% off) applies to eligible flights from Japan (Narita, Haneda, Kansai) to Turkey (final destination Istanbul or any airport in Turkey), booked through the Turkish Airlines mobile app (language set to Japanese) from Japan.
