High School Patissiers from Sweets Koshien Create "Happiness-Bringing Blueberry Rare Cheesecake," Launching May 13th (Wednesday)

"Happiness-Bringing Blueberry Rare Cheesecake" was created with the desire to deliver happy moments, making it a refreshing treat perfect for early summer. Its elegant flavor spreads throughout the mouth, woven from three layers: smooth, melt-in-your-mouth rare cheesecake mousse, sweet and sour blueberry mousse, and refreshing blueberry jelly. The base features a crunchy white chocolate crumble for added texture. Furthermore, the top is beautifully finished with blueberry sauce and juicy fruit toppings.
