About This Initiative

At the same time, constraints in space and staffing have made it difficult to offer a sufficient product range, limiting sales opportunities.

The introduction of the unstaffed checkout system "TTG-SENSE" will enable customers to shop smoothly without queuing at registers. This provides a stress-free shopping experience even during short windows before departure or after arrival.

The product lineup will include Osaka souvenirs, convenient in-bus items, private brand products from Kinokuniya, and light meals and beverages tailored for office workers in the building, meeting diverse customer needs. The store aims to serve not only bus terminal users but also local office workers.

"TTG-SENSE" is an unstaffed checkout system that uses ceiling-mounted cameras and shelf weight sensors to identify items in real time as customers pick them up. Customers simply pick their desired items and stand in the payment zone; the touchscreen automatically displays the selected items and total amount, enabling quick and easy checkout without scanning.

Through this initiative, WILLER aims to simultaneously improve customer convenience and operational efficiency, creating a new shopping experience at transportation hubs.
