This contributes to creating an environment where staff can concentrate on patient care by reducing communication tasks and improving the efficiency of record-keeping.

Background

Shin-Tokyo Hospital is an acute care hospital based in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. With the basic policy of "Aiming for trusted medical care that prioritizes patients (Patient first) and is patient-centered," it handles approximately 5,000 emergency transports annually.

With the increase in the number of ambulances in operation, the hospital faced challenges in the immediacy of information sharing and operational efficiency using its previous methods of "information sharing via telephone" and "record management by handwriting."
