Tsuzuki Electric Launches Cloud Rental Management System "TCloud for Smart Rental"

This service is based on a rich set of standard functions that support rental management operations, and adopts a "semi-customizable approach" and "standard integration with major real estate tech services," enabling flexible implementation tailored to the customer's site.

Through this service, which leverages industry knowledge and technical capabilities cultivated over more than 40 years, the Company aims to contribute to the efficiency of rental management operations and the improvement of customer corporate value.

Background

The Company has been working closely with the real estate industry for over 40 years, providing services to the sector. While the real estate industry is currently facing the need for digitalization through legal reforms and high expectations for new services called real estate tech, challenges such as:
