Four ranks will be available based on the number of stays: "Regular," "Silver," "Gold," and "Diamond." Overview of the Member Rank System

To commemorate the launch of the official website web member rank system, customers who register as members by June 30, 2026, will start at the "Silver Rank" until March 31, 2027.

Notes

The official website web member rank system will be applicable from applications made after 12:00 PM on July 1, 2026 (Wed).

Member benefits by rank will be provided according to the rank at the time of booking (even if your rank changes at the time of stay, the rank at the time of booking is valid).

Stay records for rank conditions will count stays booked under the new reservation system from April 2026 (reservations starting with X are eligible. Reservations starting with A are not eligible).

For consecutive stays, each night will be counted as a separate stay record (e.g., a 2-night, 3-day stay counts as "2 stays").

Stay records are counted the day after the final checkout.

Member benefits apply only to the member themselves.

Only stays booked while logged in via the official website will be counted.

Even if multiple members are in the group staying, only the booked account will be eligible for stay records.

Stay records are counted per account. Even if the same person has multiple accounts, records cannot be merged.

In-facility discount coupons for benefits are valid only during your stay with the applicable reservation.
