Comment from Fumi Tsuno, President and CEO

We believe our company's history is a trajectory of our challenge towards the high-level utilization of "rice bran" as we sought to contribute to society after recovering from post-war food shortages and overcoming the changes of the times. We will continue to strive for social contribution and the realization of a circular society. We appreciate your continued support.

About the 75th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Food Preservation Science (Wakayama)

This society was established in 1975 as the "Japan Cold Chain Research Group" with the aim of promoting basic and applied research on the low-temperature preservation of food, improving technologies in production, storage, processing, and distribution, and rationalizing food distribution and stabilizing food life. In 1997, in response to the expansion of the food preservation field and the development of academic and technological advancements, the society's name was changed to the "Japan Society of Food Preservation Science" to meet new social needs. The 2026 Annual Meeting was held for two days, June 27 (Sat.) and 28 (Sun.), 2026, at the Wakayama JA Building and Wakayama Shin-Ai University.
