The 'HONEY Spring Collection' introduces four specialties that drape the high-quality honey of the beauty brand 'HACCI' over dishes and sweets.

As special menus paired with HACCI gifts, we offer items that highlight the sensibilities of our chefs and patissiers. These include an open sandwich accented with the refreshing tartness of passion fruit and spring vegetables, a vibrantly colored pistachio and berry dessert croissant, and a bitter chocolate mousse locking in the aroma of honey and orange with the added texture of nuts.
