【Business Expansion & Organizational Strengthening】 Tsucrea Relocates Headquarters to Ochanomizu

Tsucrea, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hideki Suzuki; hereinafter "Tsucrea") has relocated its headquarters to the Ochanomizu area in conjunction with the expansion of its business and the strengthening of its organizational structure.

This relocation is part of an effort to prepare the environment for the next phase of growth, responding to an increase in the number of employees and the expansion of business domains, while further strengthening collaboration with diverse players such as startups, researchers, corporations, and local governments.

To date, Tsucrea has supported various challenging endeavors through startup support, business creation support, and the operation of incubation facilities. In recent years, as projects have expanded and the number of employees has increased, the previous office was no longer able to fully demonstrate its functionality. Therefore, we decided to expand our headquarters functions and review our environment to facilitate further growth and value creation.

In the new office, we have revised the layout and spatial design to create an open, single-floor configuration with as few walls as possible. By creating a sense of proximity where faces can be seen across departments and roles, we aim to facilitate rapid decision-making and strengthened collaboration, while fostering an environment where new projects and value can emerge from spontaneous communication. Furthermore, the relocation to the Ochanomizu area improves transportation convenience, allowing us to further expand our points of contact with diverse partners, including corporations, local governments, and research institutions.

Additionally, our company updated its organizational structure for the next growth phase starting in April 2026. By clarifying roles and functions while strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, we aim to further improve the quality of our support and our ability to create businesses. The headquarters relocation serves as the foundation for making this new structure effective and realizing higher value delivery.

Moving forward, Tsucrea will continue to work with startups, researchers, corporations, and local governments to promote the creation of new value and its implementation in society. We will use this relocation as an opportunity to generate more co-creation and deliver new value to society.
