An open, single-floor space that fosters communication across departments and roles

Tsucrea Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hideki Suzuki; hereinafter "Tsucrea") has relocated its head office to the Ochanomizu area due to business expansion and organizational strengthening.

This relocation is being carried out as part of an effort to accommodate the increase in the number of employees and the expansion of business domains, as well as to further strengthen collaboration with diverse players such as startups, researchers, companies, and local governments, thereby preparing an environment for the next growth phase.

Tsucrea has, until now, supported various challenging endeavors through startup support, business creation support, and the operation of incubation facilities. In recent years, with the expansion of projects, the number of employees has also increased, making it difficult for the conventional office to fully function. Therefore, to achieve further growth and value creation in the future, we have decided to expand our head office functions and review our environment.

In the new office, we have reviewed the layout and spatial design, adopting an open, single-floor configuration with as few walls as possible. By creating a distance where faces can be seen across departments and roles, we aim to facilitate quick decision-making and strengthen collaboration, while also fostering an environment where new projects and value can emerge from incidental communication. Furthermore, the relocation to the Ochanomizu area improves transportation convenience, further expanding contact points with various partners such as companies, local governments, and research institutions.

In addition, our company updated its organizational structure for the next growth phase starting in April 2026. While clarifying roles and functions, we will strengthen cross-functional collaboration to further improve the quality of support and business creation capabilities. The head office relocation serves as a foundation to make this new structure effective and realize higher value provision.

Moving forward, Tsucrea will continue to work with startups, researchers, companies, and local governments to create new value and promote its social implementation. Taking this relocation as an opportunity, we will generate more co-creation and deliver new value to society.
